Due to overwhelming interest, the Association has added a third Golf Outing date: Sept. 12 at Hawley Golf and Country Club.

Permits Plus shares permit data through April

The third issue of Permits Plus for 2024 shares housing data for the F-M metro and neighboring communities!
Access local 2024 building permits through April; our advocacy and workforce updates; current seasonally adjusted unemployment rates and mortgage rates and data from the National Association of Home Builders.

BIA & Home Builders Care set to build bird feeders with Boys & Girls Club
|
This Thursday, July 11, over 50 BIA-RRV volunteers will visit local Boys & Girls Club centers for a workforce development activity. They will talk about careers in construction and build bird feeder kits with third through fifth graders!
Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation made this possible by tapping into a partnership between the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and grant funds from the National Association of Home Builders. Lowe's will provide the bird feeders and hammers.

July 11 HBC & Boys & Girls Club Bird Feeder Building Day Volunteers will conduct a hands-on bird feeder construction activity 1-3:30 p.m. with up to 300 children ranging from 3rd to 5th grade at local Boys & Girls Club sites.
The deadline to sign up was July 1 since a background check is required (at no cost to the volunteer). No construction experience required.

Sept. 23 High Noon Shootout Join us for this fun, unique networking event! The High Noon Shootout will consist of two rounds of trap shooting followed by dinner, socializing and prizes.
We will end the event with an Annie Oakley competition. Cost is $85 if registered by Sept. 1.
