With our high winds recently, there is an incredible amount of construction-site debris and trash blowing around the F-M metro community. Please make every effort to keep your work-site debris under control so that it does not spread throughout the new developments and neighborhoods, giving our industry a black eye.

Jason Tucker, Investment Consulting Service, LLC will guide you through a review of key investment themes and market performance, providing perspectives to help you make informed decisions in the year ahead. April 23 Building Industry Connect with the city of Horace We'll be joined by Community Development Director Jace Hellman, Councilmember Sarah Veit, and potentially more staff and officials. We'll discuss what's happening in the city and items related to the industry, including the Downtown Neighborhood Plan. Your questions will help guide the discussion. Cost is $25 and includes lunch.

April 30 Building Officials Roundtable is an interactive opportunity for builders and contractors to hear about the most recent code changes and expectations directly from the top. Local officials from throughout the metro area and beyond will discuss compliance issues and present information and scenarios that will reduce surprises. They will also take questions and comments. Cost is $20 and includes lunch!

Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry.
