April 30 Building Officials Roundtable is an interactive opportunity for builders and contractors to hear about the most recent code changes and expectations directly from the top. Local officials from throughout the metro area and beyond will discuss compliance issues and present information and scenarios that will reduce surprises. They will also take questions and comments. Cost is $20 for virutal attendance only (in-person registration is full).

May 3-5 & 10-12 Parade of Homes Spring Edition Welcome to the BIA-RRV's Parade of Homes – where the warmth of tradition meets the excitement of innovation in home design and construction. Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry. Magazines available April 28 at all Hornbacher's.

May 21 Remodelers Council Picnic Please join the Remodelers Council as we celebrate National Home Remodeling Month with a free picnic lunch. Bring your whole crew but please register so we get enough food for all. Please bring an item to donate to ShareHouse's "Fill The House" Project. More information in the registration link. June 2-6 & 9-13 Herdina Construction Trades Camp Each day of camp at M State-Moorhead, students get hands-on experience through a community service construction project plus classroom instruction in a variety of specialty occupations within the construction industry. Students work with contractors and industry professionals to learn about occupations, tools, safety requirements and skills required for a rewarding career in the construction trades. Cost is $200 with three college credits available.
