Our first Golf Outing July 18 was a sold-out, smashing success attracting 36 teams and nearly 40 sponsors. We enjoyed a beautiful day at Hawley Golf & Country Club with plenty of fun, prizes and networking.

The BIA-RRV's first-ever Great Golf Ball Drop at the July Golf Outing was a success!
The ball closest to the hole belonged to Amber Carlton, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties, who walked away with $2,500 in cash! The ball furthest from the hole belonged to Pete Christopher, Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity, who took home $100.

Your association & charity team up to build bird feeders with area youth |
|

Earlier this month, over 50 BIA-RRV volunteers visited local Boys & Girls Club centers for a workforce development activity. They talked about careers in construction and built bird feeder kits with third through fifth graders!
Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation made this possible by tapping into a partnership between the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and grant funds from the National Association of Home Builders. Lowe's provided the bird feeders and hammers.
