It's an exciting time!

The 2025 Home Builders Care leadership has made renaming and rebranding the Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation a high priority for 2025. This will better represent our scope and vision, positioning us to continue supporting local housing projects and workforce development efforts alongside the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley.
 
Recently, the board of trustees established a task force to address this process. That task force has narrowed the list of names down to three and will bring a recommendation to the board in November.

1. Building Industry Foundation of the Red River Valley

2. Builders Care Foundation of the Red River Valley

3. BIA Foundation of the Red River Valley

If you have a preference for one of these three names, we would love to hear your voice before Oct. 1 as our task force and board make a final decision.

The goal is to reveal the new name and logo at the Jan. 29 New Year Celebration!

Background: Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation was established in 1993 by leaders of the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead. In 2024, the Home Builders Association changed its name to Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley. This name update on the Foundation's side will align the two brands.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity. BIA-RRV is a 501(c)(6) non-profit trade organization.

Purpose: Your Foundation impacts our community through building projects, empowering students and shaping the future workforce.
