Change Happens: How to Lead Your Team Through Change

“Change” is the one constant we see daily in our current work environment, whether you're in the office or on a jobsite.

People process and handle change differently which defines their “change style.” Being aware of your style and the styles of your team makes leading them through change more positive and productive.

In this program you will:

• Discover your own change style and how you handle change as a leader

• Learn how to collaborate better with change styles that differ from yours

• Learn the five-phase approach to help make change more pleasant

• Lean how to improve you team’s productivity while implementing changes

Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how to improve communication, strengthen teamwork and help lead your team through change with confidence.

More about presenter, Art Atkinson, VP Emeritus Express University

During his career, Atkinson oversaw learning and talent development for Express Employment International and since 1983, has trained more than 6,000 new Express Franchisees and staff members. He has also taught more than 3,000 small business training seminars across North America.
