Emotional Intelligence can be a career enhancer or a career killer, depending on how high or low your EQ (Emotional Quotient) is.

High emotional intelligence is associated with strong employee engagement, effective leadership, and building a successful job path. Many people have grown their career path and many have damaged their career path, just with this one skill.

During this program, you will learn:

  • The four pillars of Emotional Intelligence
  • Discover your own EQ level
  • Learn techniques to improve your EQ score along with improving your team collaboration and leadership skills
