Join the Building Industry Association of RRV and Home Builders Care Foundation as we welcome the new year with an evening of networking, celebration and recognition. This is your chance to connect with city and community leaders, ask questions and gain insight into the priorities shaping our industry.

Keynote Speaker:

We’re thrilled to announce Bill Owens, NAHB’s 2025 first vice chairman and a nationally respected remodeler and builder, as our keynote speaker. Owens brings more than 40 years of experience and leadership in residential construction and will share his vision for the future of our industry.


Local industry awards honoring exceptional contributions:

  • Builder Volunteer of the Year: Adam Olson – Allstar Construction
  • Associate Volunteer of the Year: Bob Miller – Cass County Electric Cooperative
  • Home Builders Care Foundation Volunteer of the Year: Tyler Holland – Holland Enterprises
  • Extra Mile Awards: Will be revealed that night!
