BIA-RRV's next Parade of Homes Cover Model!

The deadline to submit is May 8, 2026.

Criteria

• Builder must be a BIA member in good standing.
• Builder must be willing to pay a $3,500 advertising fee. 
• Builder can submit photos of only one home for cover consideration.
• Home must be finished and staged when the BIA photographs and takes video footage* of the home.
• Home is not required to have been on a Parade event (can be a pre-sold, etc.)
• Once a builder has been selected for a cover-model home, they cannot be considered again for two subsequent issues.

Benefits for selected builder

• Home/builder photo will be promoted on the cover of the magazine as well as in an “on the cover” spread inside the magazine (minimum of two pages). $5,570 value
• BIA will share select photos and video footage with the builder for their use. $1,600 value

Selection Process

• Parade of Homes Committee reviews submissions, determining the top three. BIA staff makes the final selection.
• BIA arranges professional photographs and video footage of the home for use in the magazine and additional marketing (billboards, TV, social media, online). *Schedule is fluid, but target to shoot is January/February for spring and May/June for fall.
• BIA staff selects the cover photo and shots used for advertising.
• Builder signs a photo/video release allowing the BIA to use without credit to the builder (other than an “on the cover” section in the magazine).
