Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley (formerly Home Builders Association of F-M). To be eligible, companies must be engaged in the business of building, rebuilding or remodeling, or otherwise related to the building industry in the approved territory. The BIA-RRV's nationally chartered territory (the "Territory") includes the following counties in North Dakota: Barnes, Cass, Dickey, Foster, Griggs, LaMoure, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Stutsman and Trail, and in Minnesota: Clay, Norman and Wilkin.

By clicking “submit application” at the bottom of this page, you are accepting the Authority Statement, Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the BIA-RRV (formerly Home Builders Association of F-M), the North Dakota Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders, and agreeing to remit payment for annual dues at the current rate. Please read the Authority Statement before submitting your application. Your application can not be processed until your payment for annual dues is received.

Company must be engaged in a trade, industry or profession related to the business of building, rebuilding or remodeling of homes, apartments, commercial buildings or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community and which is not inconsistent with the objectives of this Association, or otherwise provide a significant role in support of the home building industry within the Territory.

Builder Membership Investment Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $795 - $795 Annually)

Company must be a Builder engaged in the business of building, rebuilding or remodeling homes (e.g., single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes and similar residential dwellings), apartments, commercial buildings or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community, or in land development within the Territory.
