Sept. 24, BIA-RRV will host an open house from 7:30 - 9 a.m. exclusively honoring Associates! Sit back while we arrange all the details for you to enjoy a delicious (and well-deserved) break, all in the name of Associate Appreciation Month. While you're here, you'll be entered into a grand giveaway drawing as our way of saying thanks.

Sept. 16 Lunch Session: Understanding Building Pressure with RJ Energy Solutions Both negative and positive building pressure can lead to a host of problems including higher energy costs, uncomfortable indoor environments and even structural damage. Without a clear understanding of the root causes, attempts to fix these issues often make things worse. Cost is $20 and includes lunch.

Sept. 20-22 & 27-29 Parade of Homes Fall Edition Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry. Over the decades, the Parade has grown into a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, reflecting the spirit of home building in our community. Entry registration is closed. Limited advertising is available.

Sept. 23 Building Industry Connect with Cass County Officials You'll have a chance to hear directly from county officials as they discuss key topics impacting our region, including prison overcrowding, property tax reforms and housing developments.
This is an opportunity to learn updates, ask questions and gain insight into decisions impacting Cass County. Cost is $25 and includes lunch.
