BIA-RRV submits letter supporting interchanges in south Fargo
The Building Industry Association's board of directors voted in favor of submitting a letter outlining support for a proposed interchange at 64th Ave S and encouraging consideration of a future interchange at 76th Ave S. Reasoning stemmed from economic growth and development opportunities for residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings, which contribute to the vitality of the Fargo region and the building community.

Association hosts third Commercial Builders Roundtable
To increase engagement amongst commercial-focused builder members, your Association has been hosting quarterly roundtables for commercial-focused members to discuss challenges and solutions. These meetings connect members with BIA staff, ensuring we hear firsthand about the issues impacting this side of the industry.
At the most recent meeting (attendees pictured below), we discussed land use ordinance changes in Horace, Fargo's Land Development Code update process, West Fargo's growth plan, Minnesota energy code changes, development projects happening in Moorhead and more.
These discussions are a valuable way to stay informed on regional development trends and have your voice heard. We encourage all commercial members to participate in future roundtables to help shape the conversation.
If interested in attending, reach out to Elizabeth Kosel or Liz Hinz, or keep an eye out for future invites.
