Building Industry Connect with Downtown Moorhead Inc. March 18 Get to know President and CEO Matt Leiseth! Downtown Moorhead Inc. is a local nonprofit dedicated to driving economic growth and revitalization in Moorhead’s downtown district. The organization leads advocacy efforts, supports strategic planning and helps advance the city’s downtown master plan through coordinated development initiatives. Cost is $25 for members and includes lunch.

Commercial Builder Roundtable March 19 Calling all commercial BIA members and those curious about the association! Join us for a roundtable discussion where we want to hear from you about the challenges facing the commercial side of our industry. This is a great opportunity to connect with peers who may be experiencing similar issues and to collaborate on solutions. We will also brainstorm how the BIA-RRV can play a role in addressing those challenges. Cost is free for members.

CPR, First Aid & AED Training March 24 This course equips participants with the essential skills and confidence needed to respond effectively to medical emergencies. Through hands-on practice and instructor-led demonstrations, learners will gain the ability to recognize emergencies, provide immediate care and take life-saving action while waiting for professional responders to arrive. Registration for members is $95.

Xcel Energy Session: From Application to Installation March 25 **Builders and developers only! Space is limited.** Join us for a breakfast event that breaks down the utility service process from application to installation! Attendees will meet key Xcel Energy contacts, learn what project details are needed up front and be walked through the application process. Registration for members is free.

Purses, Pints & Power Tools April 16 Join the Professional Women in Building Council as they raise funds to provide scholarships for female students pursuing careers in the building trades. Only 100 tickets available for individuals 21+. Each ticket will include dinner, one drink and bingo cards. Bring a gently used purse or personal hygiene products to donate to a women-focused cause and receive an extra drink ticket. Cost is $50.

Parade of Homes Spring Edition May 2-4 & 9-11 Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry. Over the decades, the Parade has grown into a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, reflecting the spirit of home building in our community. Entry registration is open until March 19!
