Leadership is all about influence and building influence is impossible without first building trust. During this session, you will learn: the things that build and break trust; your own level of “influence power;” and the CARE principle of influencing. Leaders at all levels will take away actionable tips for understanding and increasing their trust and influence within their organizations. Cost is $35.

RRV Home & Garden Show Feb. 27 - March 1 is celebrating 64 years in 2026. It is the premier regional show displaying hundreds of home renovation pros, builders, cabinetry experts, landscapers, interior designers and home furnishers. Organized by the Building Industry Association of the RRV, this annual event typically attracts 7,000 – 9,000 attendees. Registration is open and regular exhibit rates end Dec. 2.
