Building Together at Habitat for Humanity's Women Build

On July 20, volunteers from the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley and BIA Foundation of the Red River Valley partnered with Habitat for Humanity Fargo-Moorhead Area for its Women Build. Throughout the day, the group worked alongside fellow volunteers to frame and sheath a new home, helping move the project one step closer to completion.

The hands-on opportunity brought together industry professionals and community members who share a commitment to building stronger neighborhoods and expanding access to safe, affordable housing. Volunteers spent the day putting their skills to work in support of a future homeowner.

The BIA and BIA Foundation were also proud to provide lunch for volunteers, offering a chance to recharge and connect during a productive day on the jobsite.

Participating in Women Build reflects the BIA and BIA Foundation’s dedication to strengthening the communities we serve, not only by supporting the construction industry and workforce development, but also by investing in projects that make a lasting local impact.
