Scholarships Available for High School Students Pursuing Trades-Related Careers

The BIA Foundation of the RRV is now accepting applications for its annual high school scholarship scholarships, designed to support local students pursuing careers in the building industry. These scholarships help young people take the next step in their education while investing in the future workforce of our region.

Application Process

To be eligible, applicants must enroll in residential construction trades or a related field (e.g., plumbing, electrical, building construction technology, construction management, heating/air conditioning, etc.) at:

1.  Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State) in Moorhead or,
2.  North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) in Wahpeton.

Scholarship recipients must provide proof of this enrollment within 18 months of graduating from high school or the scholarship will be forfeited.
