BIA-RRV hosted a meeting on Fargo's Land Development Code

Developers and builders involved in Fargo's Growth Plan process were invited to a meeting to discuss the upcoming changes to the LDC. The current LDC is from 1998, and with the recommendations outlined in the adopted 2024 growth plan, updates are needed. Along with city of Fargo planning staff and the consultants, the group discussed what's currently working with the LDC, what isn't working, and the timeline for updates. Your Association looks forward to further discussions as the code is being updated.
