Registration closes Jan. 18 for our flagship member event of the year! Please join us Jan. 29 at The Avalon for an evening celebrating the association's 70th anniversary, recognizing our most dedicated leaders through awards and hearing from one of the top leaders at the National Association of Home Builders, Bill Owens. It's the place to be if you are part of the building industry.

Staffing update: Interns

This week, we welcome Lydia McLaughlin as our communications intern at the Association. Read more about her here!

Jenna Kannegiesser is returning for a second semester as marketing & sales intern and will be with the BIA through May. She will assist with membership reruitment and retention efforts as Liz Hinz departs on maternity leave roughly mid January - mid April.

Taylor Van Winkle will return temporarily Jan. 12 - Feb. 13 to assist the Association in preparing for the RRV Home & Garden Show and Parade of Homes. She was marketing & sales intern last summer and is back in town from the University of North Dakota, preparing to study abroad in Australia!

Join a committee in 2026! Contact Liz Hinz.

From events to public issues to education and everything in between, the Building Industry Association and Home Builders Care Foundation have several committees that help shape our actions and offer opportunities to network.
