The BIA welcomes new communications intern!

The BIA is excited to welcome a new intern to the team —  Lydia McLaughlin in communications!

Lydia is from Osakis, Minnesota, and is currently a full-time student at North Dakota State University. She is studying marketing with a minor in strategic communications. Lydia is excited for the opportunity to work with the BIA, meet new people and grow in her communication skills. She's looking forward to exploring her creativity, gain hands-on experience and contributing to the team.

Outside of work, Lydia loves spending time with her cat, Bleu! She also enjoys being outside, she has a passion for jet skiing and tubing during the warm months. During her free time likes to express her creativity through DIYs and water coloring.

We are thrilled to have Lydia on board and can't wait to see the ideas, energy and fresh perspectives she brings to the BIA!
