Heritage Homes is hiring a HomeCare Manager!

JOB OVERVIEW


The HomeCare Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day on-site supervision of jobs under warranty by the company. Position is responsible for the timely and efficient execution of terms and conditions of residential limited home warranty agreement with homeowner.


PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS


  • Timely, accurate and efficient completion of: Warranty Snapshot, Inspection Preview, Orientation Event and Closing report.
  • Respond and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner within scope of warranty and assignments.
  • Stimulate Referrals with Valued Service.
  • Building maintenance.
  • Maintain Spec & Show homes.
  • Communicate structural issues to Superintendents.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles.
  • Observe company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Recommend ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Approves vendor warranty payments.
  • Oversee HomeCare Coordinator and QA Technician.
  • Work directly with Construction and Trade Partners to efficiently resolve warranty repairs.
  • Contribute to company sales and margin goals.
  • Consistent positive satisfaction reported from homeowners and employees. Effective communication and detailed documentation of scope of work.


Background checks will need to be completed


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 3 - 5 years of experience in construction area
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
  • Additional requirements may be discussed
