BIA-RRV members honored at ND Association of Builders meeting

The North Dakota Association of Builders hosted its Annual Banquet Nov. 12 at McCody Concrete Products in Williston. Local BIA-RRV members were honored with awards and accolades at the event!

NDAB 2024 President Tom Spaeth, Accent Kitchen & Bath, was thanked for his leadership over the past year. 

BIA-RRV Immediate Past President David Reid, Radiant Homes, received Builder of the Year award and BIA-RRV Associate Vice President Joyce Balstad, Syverson Tile & Stone, received the state's Associate of the Year Award.

These are the state's highest honors awarded for volunteerism and service to the building industry, community and the local, state and national associations.

NDAB also welcomed National Association of Home Builders Chairman of the Board Carl Harris to install the 2025 board of directors.
