BIA-RRV welcomed Liz Hinz to the staff on Dec. 2 as membership development coordinator. She will work with Association volunteers to build relationships within the community, recruit new members and retain current members. Liz will also coordinate member networking events like the BIA Happy Hours, Networking Nights and High Noon Shootout.

Originally from the small town of Becker, Minnesota, she moved to Fargo in 2021 for love and has been working as a real estate agent since becoming a resident of North Dakota. In 2016, Liz graduated with her bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University majoring in marketing and sales. She obtained her real estate license in 2019.

Liz looks forward to growing in her new role and is excited to meet and assist BIA-RRV members, and future members, in growing their businesses. Her years in real estate has taught her how to be comfortable with new people, and has made her realize how much she enjoys helping others.
Outside of work, Liz keeps herself busy by playing sports like golf and volleyball, going to concerts and sporting events, and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her five pets and her husband, Josh.
A fun fact about Liz is that she is the youngest child of three by 12 years. Oh, she also has a pet snake!
