Bucky Skiple promoted to commercial associate

Enclave is pleased to announce the promotion of Bucky Skiple to commercial associate. Skiple joined Enclave in 2022 as a leasing consultant in Fargo and was promoted to assistant community manager this past March. Since day one, he has demonstrated care for Enclave's tenants and a passion for delivering an exceptional experience. With more than 1 million sq. ft. of commercial and industrial space under management, Skiple will be primary contact for commercial tenants, prioritizing well-maintained communities, onboarding new tenants and helping with documentation and reporting efforts. Skiple served in the Army National Guard and is currently working towards his real estate license.
