Cass County Electric celebrates team growth

Cass County Electric Cooperative is continuing to grow its team with a mix of recent promotions and new hires across the organization.

Promoted team members include Kasey Kyllo (Design Project Manager - Kindred), Shannon Stumpf (Business Accounts Specialist) and Morgan Bachelor (Communications Coordinator), each bringing experience and continued dedication to serving members and communities.

CCEC has also welcomed several new employees:

William Schwehr, Joseph Klein, and Jaydin Howard join as seasonal apprentice lineworkers, gaining hands-on experience while supporting line crews in Valley City, Kindred and Lisbon. Jyler Tharaldsen joins as a Staking Technician, supporting system planning and design. Jeremy Pratschner steps into the role of Manager of Public Safety Outreach, helping lead safety education and community engagement efforts.

Together, these additions and advancements highlight CCEC’s commitment to building the next generation workforce and delivering safe, reliable service across its communities.
