Celebrating progress at Sparks Developments in Horace

Staff recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Sparks Developments in Horace, joining community leaders, project partners and residents to celebrate the start of an exciting new development.

The project will bring new housing, commercial opportunities, community green space, a new Horace City Hall and an indoor arena for the West Fargo Hockey Association. The development is expected to take shape over the next several years and will help support the continued growth of the Horace area.

Congratulations to the Sparks family and everyone involved in making this vision a reality.
