Cornerstone Bank recently celebrated the graduation of 19 team members from its six-month Leadership Skills Development Program, recognizing their commitment to professional growth and leadership development.

The program was designed to strengthen leadership skills at all levels of the organization, equipping participants with practical tools and strategies that can be applied in their everyday roles. As part of the program, graduates worked in teams to complete and present group projects that reinforced key leadership concepts while showcasing creativity, collaboration and innovation.
