D & M Industries celebrates 20 years of employee ownership

D & M Industries recently celebrated a major milestone: 20 years of being 100% employee owned.

The special event brought together employee-owners, family members and community partners for an evening filled with fun, food and celebration. It was a chance to recognize the people who have helped make D&M Industries successful over the past two decades.

One highlight of the evening was a performance by 8th Hour, featuring D & M employee-owner Kayla as the band's lead singer. The company also welcomed the Dilworth Police Department, which brought out a police vehicle for kids to explore and enjoy.
