Dynamic Homes invites community to their annual fall open house

Dynamic Homes is opening its doors and inviting the community to its Fall Open House on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

The event is free and open to the public, giving visitors an opportunity to learn more about Dynamic Homes' system-built modular construction process and see firsthand what sets the company apart.

Guests will be able to tour the factory, explore several model homes and take part in the grand opening of the new Teton model home. Members of the Dynamic Homes sales team will also be available throughout the day to answer questions and discuss homebuilding options.

In addition to learning more about the homebuilding process, attendees can explore career opportunities with Dynamic Homes and ask about available Build & Save special incentives.
