Hard Hat Breakfast

Opportunities Fun Facts

Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity has been building affordable homes in Cass and Clay counties since 1991. In fact, they've placed 90 families in 86 homes in that time, directly impacting more than 400 community members — primarily children and working single moms — and bringing together thousands more committed to safety, security, opportunity and hope in our neighborhoods.

As this year marks the 50th anniversary of Habitat for Humanity International and the 35th anniversary of their local affiliate Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity, they’re taking the time to thank their partners, launch a rebrand and annual fundraising program and invite you to take part in building their future at the inaugural Hard Hat Breakfast.

Their goal? One morning. 90 minutes. 25+ tables. $80,000+ raised.

How can you take part? Join them at Bell Tower on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 7 to 8:30AM.

They’re inviting area churches, businesses, nonprofits and individuals who care about housing and community to sponsor a table at the Hard Hat Breakfast or host friends, staff and other regional leaders with the capacity to provide a sustaining gift to our work providing affordable homes in the community.
