Heather's House to be the first freestanding hospice house in ND

Hospice of the Red River Valley is building a hospice house in Fargo. The house will be named "Heather's House" to honor a long-time volunteer and supporter. As the first standalone hospice house in our region, it will provide unparalleled care for people navigating life's final journey through state-of-the-art facilities and round-the-clock specialized care. Heather's House will also support primary caregivers, often family members, by providing much needed respite during times of hardship. This is a dream over two decades in the making for those involved with Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Heather's House is still striving to meet their goal of completing the project and ensuring that Heather's House on Scheel's Campus will have all the necessary equipment and supplies to offer sanctuary and comfort during times of illness and loss. Your financial contribution can make a significant impact in three vital areas:

  1.  Heather's House: Help finalize the building project by contributing to construction costs.
  2. Comfort through design: Help cultivate a warm, welcoming ambiance to establish Heather's House as a comforting refuge rather than a clinical space by contributing to furnishings and equipment.
  3. Sustainable future: Help secure the future of Heather's House with an endowment contribution, ensuring funding for generations to come.
