JNC is kicking off its own version of No-Shave November and Movember with a focus on supporting future careers in the construction industry.
To raise awareness and funds, one team member even shaved off more than 10 years of facial hair to help launch the campaign. Instead of supporting a traditional Movember cause, JNC has partnered with the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley to raise money for the Herdina Construction Trades Camp.
All donations will be accepted through the BIA Foundation's Venmo page and must be made by Nov. 30.

Why support the Herdina Construction Trades Camp?
The camp gives students hands-on experience in the construction industry, allowing them to work alongside contractors and industry professionals while learning valuable skills and exploring careers in the skilled trades.
JNC employees are making donations to participate in the challenge, with all proceeds helping cover the cost for students to attend the camp. The company is also inviting friends, families, business partners and community members to contribute.
The fundraiser reflects JNC's commitment to workforce development and helping introduce young people to opportunities in the construction industry. Through support of the Herdina Construction Trades Camp, the company hopes to inspire the next generation of builders and trades professionals.
Any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated and will help provide students with an opportunity to experience the construction trades firsthand.
