Rick Roers to retire

Rick Roers has announced his retirement of December 31, 2023, from Roers. Rick began with Roers Construction in 1978. He held roles including a field employee, field director and for the past 28 years has served as the VP field director of operations. Rick has been instrumental in major projects Roers has led and created partnerships with subcontractors in the communities the company has worked. Internally, he was the main employee working between the project managers and the field superintendents. 

He has been a key and reliable team member for the Roers and the entire company wishes him well in retirement.
