Supporting future leaders across communities

RDO Equipment Co. recently announced the recipients of its 2026 Connelly/Kreps Memorial Scholarships, recognizing graduating seniors connected to team members across the organization.

The annual program celebrates the legacies of former RDO leaders Steve Connelly and Mark Kreps. Recipients are selected by an independent committee based on qualities that defined their leadership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial drive and a commitment to serving others.

This year’s scholarship recipients are pursuing diverse paths, including healthcare, engineering, aviation, public service and the skilled trades. Each student brings a unique story shaped by academic achievement, leadership experiences and a dedication to making a positive impact in their communities.
