The BIA welcomes two new interns to the team

The BIA is excited to introduce two new team members, Abby Marthaller as a communication intern and Taylor Van Winkle as a marketing intern.

Abby recently graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in strategic communication and a minor in interior design.

She loves expressing her creativity, whether redesigning her room in her childhood home, crafting or writing stories for fun. Abby is passionate about content creation, marketing, social media, and design. She thrives on finding creative solutions and making ideas come to life through both visuals and words.

Abby enjoys taking on new challenges and working with others. She’s excited to start this new chapter with the BIA. She looks forward to learning, growing and creating impactful work.

Outside of the office, Abby loves to travel, hike and experimenting with fashion and design. Some of her favorite things include visiting new coffee shops, going to farmers markets and thrifting.

Taylor is a full-time student at the University of North Dakota, pursuing a degree in marketing with minors in accounting and sports business.

Taylor is excited to meet the members of the BIA. Through her leadership experiences as vice president of her sorority, marketing executive of a campus club and her dedication to volunteering at local service projects, Taylor has developed a passion for connection with people and building a community.

Taylor is looking forward to growing her skills, contributing to the team and making meaningful connections throughout her time here. She’s especially excited to learn more about event planning and marketing strategies for major events like the Parade of Homes and golf outings.  

Outside of work, you can find Taylor enjoying a cup of coffee and a good book at the lake or playing pickleball with her friends and family.

Fun Fact: Taylor will be studying abroad in Australia next spring!
