Town & Country Credit Union is proud to announce several key promotions that reflect its ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership, enhancing employee experiences and delivering exceptional service to its members.
Jake Klobuchar has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Agriculture and Commercial Lending. Jake has invested eight years of his career at the credit union, holding several leadership roles, including his most recent position as Fargo Market President. In his new role, he will oversee commercial and agricultural lending across all markets, bringing together teams under a single vision to support strategic growth.

Cody Schafer has been promoted to Retail Manager – East. Cody joined Town & Country in 2017 and most recently served as Branch Manager of the Credit Union’s 52nd Avenue location. In his new role as Retail Manager - East, he will oversee retail lending operations and branch management in the Fargo market, focusing on strategic business execution, staff development and delivering efficient, high-quality service to members.

Skyler Schumacker has been promoted to Financial Services Officer. Skyler joined the credit union’s contact center in 2022 and has progressed through roles as Members Experience Representative I, II and III. In his new role, Skyler will assist members at the 25th Street Fargo location with auto loans, personal loans, credit cards and deposit products to help them achieve their financial goals.
