Town & Country Credit Union proudly joined credit unions nationwide in celebrating CU Kind Day on October 13, a special day dedicated to spreading kindness and making a difference through acts of service. Employees from across the organization volunteered their time in the Minot and Fargo communities, contributing a total of 186 hours in one day.

The Town & Country team partnered with local nonprofit organizations, supporting causes ranging from food security and youth programming to animal welfare and community enrichment. Fargo employees volunteered at ShareHouse, the Fargo Park District, BIO Girls, Folkways, Hope Blooms, and Fraser, Ltd.

“Our employees exemplified the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people,’” said Kalli Schell, CEO/President of Town & Country Credit Union. “CU Kind Day gave us the chance to live out our mission in a meaningful way by supporting the incredible organizations that serve our communities every day.”

The day highlighted the heart of the credit union difference of putting people and community first.
