Western State Bank supports CEO Build with Habitat for Humanity

Western State Bank recently took part in a powerful day of service and community by supporting the Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity CEO Build with a $15,000 donation, and with team members volunteering directly on the build site.

The CEO Build marked the kickoff of Habitat’s 2025 build season, launching the construction of a home for Miski Haji, a Fargo mother of six. Haji has been raising her children as a single parent after losing her husband to cancer and has moved between apartments in recent years.

Thanks to the CEO Build and the generosity of supporters like Western State Bank, construction is now underway on a home that will offer stability and hope for Haji’s family. The build is expected to take approximately six months, relying heavily on volunteers to bring it to life.
