BIA celebrates arrival of baby Hinz, shares staffing updates

The Association has several exciting staffing updates to share with our members as we begin the New Year.

We’re thrilled to announce that Liz Hinz, our membership development coordinator, and her husband Josh welcomed their son, Bellamy King Hinz, on Jan. 15 at 4:32 a.m. Baby Bellamy weighed 8 lbs. 9 oz., and both mom and baby are doing well. Liz will be on maternity leave through mid‑April. Please join us in celebrating this wonderful news for the Hinz family!

With Liz away on leave, we’re fortunate to have great support from our intern team to ensure seamless membership service in the months ahead.

Jenna Kannegiesser is returning for a second semester as our marketing & sales intern and will be with the BIA through May. During Liz’s maternity leave, Jenna will assist with membership recruitment and retention, and we’re grateful for the leadership and consistency she brings to the role.

We are also excited to welcome Lydia McLaughlin as our communications intern. Lydia will support our storytelling and outreach efforts across the Association. You can learn more about her here.

In addition, Taylor Van Winkle has returned to assist the Association from Jan. 12 through Feb. 13. Taylor served as our marketing & sales intern last summer and is back while home from the University of North Dakota before she heads to Australia for her study-abroad experience. She will help prepare for both the RRV Home & Garden Show and the Parade of Homes during this busy planning period.
